ACTION BY CAA ON ILLEGAL FARMS AND HATCHERIES

Action has been initiated by CAA against –          

1. unregistered shrimp hatcheries and farms ;
    

2. farms and hatcheries culturing and breeding SPF L. vannamei brood stock without approval of CAA.
    

3. hatcheries using banned antibiotics as reported by Marine Products Export Development Authority.
